Access to the house is not included in the list price. Overnight stays and use of the house may be added for an additional $300 per night.
The house can accommodate 11 guests.
All guest names are to be submitted to the Site Manager two weeks prior to the event date.
A cleaning fee of $150 will be applied to all overnight rentals.
Max capacity for The East Lawn and Lakefront Lawn is 200 people.
